Časopis DOOR će objavljivati radove ponajprije iz područja prava i pravnih znanosti te društvenih znanosti. U časopisu će se objavljivati znanstveni i stručni radovi pravne i povezane tematike, intervjui s osobama koje su svojim radom pridonijele razvoju prava i vladavine prava, komentari i analize sudske prakse hrvatskih i međunarodnih sudova, osvrti na zakonodavne reforme, analize novih zakona, podzakonskih propisa, međunarodnih ugovora i konvencija te prikazi knjiga, konferencija i stručnih skupova. 

Časopis će imati pet rubrika: Crno na bijelo, Riječ po riječ, Vremeplov, Pod lupom i UI (ni)je uvijek u pravu. Rukopisi se raspoređuju u rubrike ovisno o temi.

Časopis će izlaziti dva puta godišnje, u lipnju i u prosincu. Prvi broj časopisa izići će u prosincu 2025. godine. 

Časopis će biti besplatan i u cijelosti dostupan u elektroničkom obliku. Postupak prijave, recenzije i objave priloga odvijat će se putem e-pošte slanjem priloga na sljedeću adresu: door@dorh.hr.

Pozivaju se zainteresirani autori da dostave priloge za prvi broj časopisa. Prilozi za prvi broj trebaju stići do 30. lipnja 2025. godine, a prilozi zaprimljeni nakon navedenoga datuma bit će uvršteni u sljedeći broj časopisa. U prilogu obavijesti nalaze se upute za autore i izjava o autorstvu i autorskim pravima.

The State Attorney's Office Opens the Dialogue (DOOR) is an open-access online journal of the State Attorney's Office of the Republic of Croatia. Ivan Turudić, the attorney general of the Republic of Croatia, established the journal in 2025.

The DOOR journal predominantly publishes works in the fields of law and legal sciences, as well as social sciences. The journal publishes scholarly and professional articles on legal and related topics, interviews with contributors to legal development, commentaries and analyses of domestic and international jurisprudence, reviews of legislative reforms, analysis of new laws, bylaws, international treaties, and conventions, along with book reviews, conference reports, and summaries of professional gatherings. 

The journal consists of five sections: In Black and White, Word for Word, Chronicles, Under the Spotlight, and AI is (not) always right. The sections categorize the manuscripts according to their specific topics. 

The journal will be published twice a year, in June and December. The first issue of the journal will be published in December 2025. 

The journal is open access journal, free of charge and fully available in electronic format on the website. The process of applying, reviewing, and publishing contributions will take place via email, with contributions sent to the following address: door@dorh.hr.

Authors are invited to submit contributions for the first issue of the journal. Contributions for the first issue are accepted until June 30, 2025, and contributions received after that date will be included in the next issue of the journal. Attached to the notice are guidelines for authors and a statement of authorship and copyright.
